Occidental Puerto Banús

the property was lovely, everything has been newly done. great location can walk down to the harbour in less than 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel is well located in close walking proximity to the Harbour, entertainment and shops.

The hotel rooms are renovated. They are spacious and have all the main amenities. Though the photos in Booking.com are slightly confusing as from photos it appears that there is a kitchenette and sink in the rooms however the sink is not connected and the kitchenette non existent. Our reservation said “apartment” but it is just a hotel room. Despite of this misunderstanding we loved the hotel. It’s in a great location. You can find beach, pharmacy, supermarket, shops etc. within the walking distance. There is a parking on site but it’s for additional 25euro charge. The restaurant is really nice. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a very nice variety and food was very tasty. Overall it’s a really nice hotel which I would totally recommend for a stay in Puerto Banus.

The location and value for money was by far the best about this hotel. It is close to the front, shops, bars and everything you need. I have stayed here before and the rebranding has massively improved the quality. The breakfast was lovely, every option you could think of. meats, cheeses, bacon, sausages, eggs, crepes, churro, cooked tomatoes and beans, leek frittata, fresh fruit, pastries, toast and breads, all the coffee and tea, juices! really good variety and was a highlight being included with the room. The options altered daily slightly too. the room was lovely, really big and mostly clean (some weird hairs on the toilet). The beds were comfy and the balcony really lovely to have. There was a little kitchenette but no tea and coffee facilities which I didn’t realise when booking. not sure if they had them if you asked though to be fair. There’s a mini fridge which is great so having a kettle would have been good as you could go to the shop across the road to get the other bits.

Huge spacious rooms with a balcony, mini Kitchen area and a TV that works. Nice wardrobes with a free safe. On arrival we had free Easter sweets and water etc. The breakfast is very nice lots of variety and the restaurant is clean and bright. The outside pool area is nice with a good bar. We also had a room on the front corner which meant we had little road noise. Ask for rooms numbered 1 to 7. All of the restaurants, shops and beach walk are 10 minutes max away great location.
